Gather together for Thanksgiving Dinner at Southampton Publick House on November 25, 2010. Chef Carl Holfelder has created a three-course prix fixe meal for $24.95 per person, $14.95 for children 10 and under (plus tax and gratuity). Dinner will be served from 1:00-7:00pm. Reservations are recommended and can be made at 631-283-2800.
Guests will be able to choose from a selection of appetizers including Pear, Goat Cheese & Arugula Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette, Broccoli & Cheddar Soup, New England Clam Chowder, Caesar Salad, and Crab Cakes with Corn Salsa. Followed by one of SPH’s delicious entrees including Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner of Turkey, Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Cranberries, Turnips, Sweet Potatoes & Gravy, Brown Sugar & Maple Roasted Pork Loin with an Apple-Cranberry Chutney, Whipped Sweet Potatoes & Brussels sprouts, 12 oz. Grilled Marinated Sirloin Steak topped with Peppercorn Mushroom Brandy Demi, Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Vegetables, Grilled Swordfish with roasted garlic and plum tomato Provencal and Lobster Risotto with Baby Spinach & Cherry Tomatoes. Make sure to leave room for our special desserts: Pumpkin Pie, Pecan Pie, Apple Crisp, NY Cheese Cake, Chocolate Cake, Brownie ala Mode, and Ice Cream.
