TheFullPint.com had the chance to chat with Ed and Carol Stoudt of Stoudt’s Brewing Company at the 2010 Great American Beer Festival — the 23rd GABF they have attended! They are Pennsylvania’s oldest microbrewery and have won over 20 awards at previous GABF ceremonies. Ed and Carol were gracious enough to take a moment to talk to The Full Pint about how they’ve seen the American beer culture evolve and mature and what we may have to look forward to in the future.
