This 5-course meal (complete with dessert) expertly paired with the finest of Four Peaks’ brews will be served over the course of a relaxing sunset cruise around scenic Saguaro Lake!

1st Course:
Lemon Cucumber Salmon + Sunbru
Lemon-dressed salmon filet served with sliced cucumber in a sun-dried tomato reduction; Served with a small tossed salad with citrus vinaigrette
2nd Course:
Bayou Jambalaya + Hop Knot IPA
A mildly spicy rendition of the popular New Orleans’ dish, made with chicken, sausage, rice, and vegetables
3rd Course:
Angus New York Strip Loin + Kilt Lifter
Thinly carved and made available to create a sandwich, includes fresh focaccia bread; Topped with au jus and a side of horseradish
