Federal Bar to Host First Beer Dinner with Firestone Walker June 27, 2012
Federal Bar has made a name for itself in recent years as one of the premier neighborhood bars in North Hollywood. With an extensive menu of all-American comfort foods and a hefty beer and cocktail list, it comes to no surprise that they have incorporated their very first craft beer dinner into their beer program.
Teaming up with Firestone Walker, The Federal Bar will host a six-course tasting menu created by chef Stefhanie Myers paired with a roster of FW brews. Check out the full menu below.
First Course: Roll With Me (sweet mash and corn tamale with brown sugar glazed veggies) paired with DBA
Second Course: Hoppy Greens (arugula, blood orange, grapefruit, toasted almonds, Murcia Al Vino shavings, and champagne vinaigrette) paired with Double Jack

Fourth Course: A Little Dirty (chipotle and coffee crusted strip loin with herb and citrus fingerling potatoes) paired with Wookey Jack
