Denver’s Fermentation Festival Takes Flight
Denver, CO – The Fermentation Festival is a brand new Denver Festival featuring a unique assortment of fermented foods and beverages from around the world. Launching August 24th and 25th at the majestic Highlands Masonic Center on Federal Blvd. The festival will have a strong emphasis on education with classes on topics like kimchi production, homebrewing beer and kombucha fermentation at home.

Festival attendees will have the opportunity to sample a plethora of fermented offerings and rub shoulders with Colorado’s leading fermented food and beverage experts. “We want guests to come away from the festival with a unique new outlook on fermentation. Fermentation is a simple process that creates some of the most interesting flavors imaginable. In addition to incredible flavor, fermentation also supports a variety of health benefits from improved digestion to increased mood,” says festival organizer Mike Burns. “Many cultures consider fermented foods as the key to longevity.”
Participants include TRVE Brewing, Grand Teton Brewing, Ling Elixirs, Vital Cultured Foods, Dae Gee Korean BBQ, Vibrant Veggies, Happy Leaf Kombucha, Vodka 14, Papagayo Rum, Juniper Green Gin, Highland Harvest Scotch, UK5 Vodka and more to be added.
