Sprecher Celebrates American Craft Beer Week with a Release Party for Hooligan Whole Cone Hop Ale
Glendale, WI – On Thursday, May 17 th , from 7-10pm, Sprecher Brewing Company will open its doors for a celebration of American Craft Beer Week (ACBW) and the release of Hooligan Whole Cone Hop Ale, an extra special bitter perfect for the spring season. At only 4.9% alcohol by volume, this is a delightful session beer. Only 40 barrels were brewed. The beer will be packaged exclusively in 22 ounce bottles and kegs. Due to the limited supply, most of the beer will be available for sale in southeastern Wisconsin. This release party is a perfect opportunity to sample the newest beer by Sprecher and raise a glass in honor of ACBW.
In addition to the beer release, there will be a brewery tour at 8pm, a classic car show in the parking lot put on by the George Washington Stein Club, appetizers provided by the Astor Hotel, raffles, specials and an opportunity to sign the Declaration of Beer Independence in support of America’s craft brewers while sporting a tri-cornered hat. The brewery tour includes four (4) free beer samples along with the Hooligan tasting. All guests must be 21 or older to attend. Cost: $5 per person.
