Cantillon in Canton for one very special celebration!

(Canton, MA) – Honored is truly an understatement…
The traditional brewing practices of old world Belgium serve as an influential force here at Trillium and one of the most notable breweries we derive inspiration from is Cantillon. Zwanze Day is an annual celebration held by Brasserie Cantillon, for which they brew a small batch of experimental beer and release it at select locations across the globe with a coordinated simultaneous tapping. We are humbled to have been chosen as one of the hosts for 2016!
We invite you to join us at Trillium in Canton on Saturday, October 1st from 1-5PM to toast this special day!
With a draft selection fit for the occasion, we will showcase a combination of Cantillon, Trillium, and guest beers; think world class lambics, exclusive one-offs, and of course, some fresh, hazy hops.
To provide the vibe, DJ Stenny will be spinning Hip-Hop on vinyl, and Brewers Fork will be back with their mobile wood-fired oven serving pizzas alongside “Belgian” Waffle scoops crafted by The Parlor Ice Cream Co!

Tickets: $100 Each (+tax/fees)

Each General Admission Ticket includes:

(5) Beer Vouchers redeemable for 5oz. pours of various Cantillon styles including the worldwide Zwanze 2016 toast
(1) 12″ Wood Fired Pizza from The Brewers Fork – stay tuned for styles availble (there will be a vegetarian option)!
(1) “Belgian” Waffle cone and scoop of Parlor Ice Cream – flavors TBD!
