Brooklyn Brewery Sip n’ Slurp
Join W&T Seafood and Brooklyn Brewery for a unique oyster and beer pairing event at the Brooklyn Brewery on Tuesday, April 10th at 8 pm. We’ll be slurping the best and briniest oysters, and washing them down with specially paired brews from Brooklyn Brewery. Come sample some of the more unusual draft-only offerings from Brooklyn Brewery, and taste a diverse and unique selection of oysters from the East and West Coasts.
Garrett Oliver from Brooklyn Brewery and Nellie Wu from W&T Seafood will guide you through each beer and oyster pairing, and give background on the history and geography of each oyster. Bring your questions!
Tickets cost $45 if prepurchased online and $55 at the door. This includes one dozen oysters (2 each of 6 different types) paired with 6 beers. Additional oysters and beer will be available for sale after the presentation. Space is limited, so be sure to purchase your ticket sooner rather than later. Note that you must be 21 to attend.
