Taste 3: Craft Skuna Bay Salmon Terrine with chervil, italian parsley, thyme, scallion, lemon zest, hop oil, dandelion vinegar

Taste 4: Lavender Honey Grilled California Thresher Shark, Hepp’s Rosemary Salt, arugula, walnut pesto
