AleSmith Brewing Presents 3-Day Speedway Grand Prix
Speedway Stout, AleSmith Brewing’s award-winning imperial stout, is racing back to San Diego Beer Week in more variations than you could ever imagine. While we love Speedway just the way it is, this huge beer’s well-balanced flavor profile makes it an ideal beer to combine with other flavors, coffees, etc. Hence, once a year we decide to push the limits and create exclusive one-off variations that are sure to impress.
These boundary-less varieties of AleSmith Speedway Stout will be served here at the brewery over the course of three wondrous days…to what is now to be known as the 3-Day Speedway Grand Prix.
Join us Wednesday (11/6/13), Thursday (11/7/13), or Friday (11/8/13) during San Diego Beer Week for a flight (or two) of five rare Speedway Stout variations. THE FLIGHTS WILL BE IDENTICAL EACH DAY.
FLIGHTS FOR PURCHASE:**
Lap 1 – $10.00
- 5 different one-off Speedway variation tasters..to be announced closer to the event (2oz pours)
Lap 2 – $10.00
- 5 different one-off Speedway variation tasters..to be announced closer to the event (2oz pours)
MAXIMUM OF TWO FLIGHTS PER PERSON PER DAY**
**Upon arrival, no person will be given more than two (2) flights so DO NOT PURCHASE MORE THAN TWO FLIGHTS PER PERSON IN YOUR PARTY!
ALESMITH WILL BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FROM 12PM TO 9PM THESE DAYS (Tickets are for flights only).
-Don’t forget…Bring your own muffin tin!
-Feeling generous? Feel free to bring family and/or friends (age 21+) to share your flights with. We will have our year-round beers flowing, as well as, two Speedway casks and a different one-off Speedway Stout variation on draught each day!
**Sorry, NO Speedway Flights will be available for purchase at the brewery on these days. All flights must be purchased online prior to the event! Only AleSmith year-round beers, casks, and unannounced one-off Speedway Stout variations (while supplies last) will be available for purchase at the brewery these days without a flight ticket.

-Come hungry! MIHO Gastrotruck will be here each day (2pm to 8pm) serving up fresh “farm to street” cuisine. They will also have a special Speedway Stout pairing available!
-Limited edition Speedway Stout Grand Prix t-shirts will be available for purchase to commemorate this special event (while supplies last).
-This is a 21+ event. You do not have to have a ticket to attend this event; however, there will be no Speedway flights available for purchase at the brewery without a ticket. Year-round beers, casks and unannounced Speedway Stout variations will be available for purchase.
-The tasting room will be open from 12pm to 9pm. Come by at any point throughout the day to redeem your Speedway flights; NO flights will be served after 8:30pm.
-NO REFUNDS ON FLIGHT PURCHASES AND TICKETS CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO A DIFFERENT DAY.
