5th Annual Victory BrewBQ Competition – August 4, 2013

Join us at Paradise Farm Camps on Saturday, August 3 from noon to 4pm for the 5th Annual Victory BrewBQ competition.

We will be featuring limited beer samplings out of our famous BPOW. And this year, we are inviting everyone to Bring Your Own Beer. Our retail store will open at 11am on August 4, so stop by Victory for a six-pack or growler fill before heading over to Paradise Farm Camp for the afternoon! The forecast for Sunday looks beautiful. Don’t forget to BYO sunscreen as well!

The competition is a two-category BBQ cook-off! Each team will compete to see who can make the best chicken and ribs according to our judges.

This year, you also will be able to taste and vote on the People’s Pork award for our restaurant competition.
