The Bruery – The Bruery Provisions Series: Premiére – 750 ml. bottle poured into a goblet. 10.4% abv.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy gold with a thin white film.

Aroma: Vanilla, spice, banana and wood.

Taste: Vanilla, wood, pale malt. Finishes with tannins. Fairly dry.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, prickly fiz.

Overall: While you get the sweet bourbon barrel notes, it doesn’t come off as a booze bomb. A standout in The Bruery’s long list of various “Golden Strongs.”
