The Bruery Mischief
From The Bruery – Mischief is a crisp, dry and hoppy Belgian-golden ale that packs a punch at 8.5% ABV and yet maintains a smooth drinking quality.
The Bruery – Mischief – 750 ml bottle poured into a goblet. 8.5% abv. Purchased at The Bruery
Appearance: Pours like pineapple juice with a fluffy white head.
Aroma: Floral, citrus, pineapple, and a little bit of Belgian yeast.
Taste: Spicy yeast, sharp bitter hops and a floral/citrus bombardment of hops.
Mouthfeel: Juicy, medium bodied and moderately carbonated.
Overall: This beer makes for a above an awesome IPA/IIPA . A complete winner in my book. I usually don’t dig on the Belgian IPA/Hoppy Tripel, but this is money.
