Speakeasy The Don
From Speakeasy – Speakeasy Ales and Lagers is proud to present our first Triple IPA. This hop-forward behemoth combines the aromatic punch of Amarillo, Centennial and Cascade hops with the firm bitterness of Summits and Chinooks. Nose is redolent of citrus-zest rubbed pine needles and straight up dank. An interesting malt structure (there’s crystalized rye in there!) struggles whimperingly to be noticed. We egotistically think this beer is win.
