The malty flavors of this dark wheat ale are enhanced through the use of malted barley and wheat. Appearance:  Pours a dark red with a fading sudsy head. Decent clarity.

Aroma: Brown sugar, apple skin, potpourri/scented holiday candle.

Taste:  Light toast, brown sugar, sweet cherry. Definitely fruit cake.

Mouthfeel:  Full bodied. Sticky.

Overall: This was a cool little unique holiday beer.
