Lagunitas Fillmore Fusion Ale

From Lagunitas – Brewed to honor the 100th Anniversary of the building housing the historic Fillmore Theater in San Francisco. The resulting 5% ABV beer utilizes a new, experimental hop called ADHA 483.

Lagunitas Brewing – Lagunitas Fillmore Fusion Ale – 22 oz. bottle poured into a pint glass. 5% abv.

Appearance:  Pours a clear amber gold with a decent thin cap of white and white lacing left behind.

Aroma:  Fresh citrusy hops, orange peel, light bread dough, bread crust.

Taste:  Juicy hops, bitter piny hops, dry toasty malt, finishes very clean.

Mouthfeel:  Thin, juicy, average carbonation.

Overall:  A very tasty Pale Ale. It’s one of my favorite styles when the hops do the talking and the malt does the walkin’.
