From Knee Deep Brewing – It’s a Triple IPA!

Knee Deep Brewing – Knee Deep Hoparillo Triple IPA – 22 oz. bottle poured into a goblet 11% abv.

Appearance:  Pours a clear deep bronze with a thin film of white.

Aroma:  Obnoxious levels of dank. Tangerine, orange, grapefruit, sweet blonde sugary malt. A little alcohol.

Taste:  Grapefruit and piny bitterness. Orange pith. Relatively dry malt profile. Delicious.

Mouthfeel:  Full bodied mostest carbonation.

Overall: This was similar but different to Simtra. Not as dry or bitter as Simtra for sure. A wonderful hoppy sipper.
