Green Flash Soul Style IPA

Green Flash Brewing – Green Flash Soul Style IPA – 12 oz. bottle poured into a pint glass. 6.5% abv.

Appearance:  Pours a clear copper with visible rising bubbles. Not much head.

Aroma: Pine and grapefruit goodness up front. Cascade pops on the nose. A little papaya/mango as well.

Taste: A mixture of fruity and earthy hops. Light toasty malt. Juicy orange and orange pith. Finishes with clean bitterness that lingers.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied. Fizzy prickly carbonation.

Overall:  I am extremely happy Green Flash made this beer. I love Session IPAs and Double IPAs, but sometimes I want something in between those two extremes.  Looks beautiful, tastes remarkable, smells amazing. As long as I can get this fresh, this is going to be in my regular rotation.
