From Flying Dog Brewery – Brewed with local Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops, along with local raw wheat.

Flying Dog Brewery – Flying Dog Secret Stash Harvest Ale 2013 – 12 oz. bottle poured into a goblet. 5.5% abv.

Appearance:  Pours a pastel yellow with a sudsy white head that subsides to a 1/4 inch cap of suds.

Aroma:  A sturdy level of wheat notes (banana, clove, bread yeast).

Taste:  Spicy bitter hops, banana and citrus. Black pepper, crusty. Finishes surprisingly spicy and bitter.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, slightly rough, lively carbonation.

Overall:  Elegant. Not too bad. Very balanced, very drinkable. Most likely pairs well with food.
