Evil Twin Disco Beer

From Evil Twin Brewing – Disco Beer is a vinous IPA thoughtfully blended with 10 % Chardonnay white wine. This Champagne of beer is a real party starter, no more shy beer geek. Drink it and you will own the dance floor.

Evil Twin Brewing – Evil Twin Disco Beer – On tap Poured into a tulip – 10.5% abv.

Appearance: Pours a bright clear copper with a lasting off white cap of froth.

Aroma: A huge tropical blast of mango pineapple grapefruit tangerine and spicy sweet crystal like malt.

Taste: That spicy sweet malt on the nose is the first thing that hits my tongue. Earthy resinous hops, dried apricot. Alcohol apparent.  Bitterness on the finnish.

Mouthfeel: A little rough. Moderate carbonation. Seemingly dry.

Overall: Fantastic, near perfect. Didn’t notice the wine at all, and didn’t know it was part of the beer until after I did notes on it. Ha!
