Deschutes Brewery – Deschutes Black Butte XXIII – On tap at in Denver – 11% abv.
Appearance: Pours a dark brown with a nice retaining tan head.
Aroma: Gracefully aged imperial porter, dark fruit ,sweet vanilla bourbon notes.
Taste: Alcohol,chocolate,roast, raisin,dried orange peel and lots of vanilla.
Mouth: Full bodied with creamy carbonation.
Overall: Yummy, boozy, decadent. It’s ready to drink now, I can’t imagine it getting any tastier.
