Cigar City Florida Cracker

From Cigar City Brewing – Belgian wit aged on fruit and spices.

Cigar City Brewing – Cigar City Florida Cracker – 12 oz. can poured into a goblet. 5% abv.

Appearance:  Pours a cloudy yellow gold with a quickly subsided white head.

Aroma:  Classic wheat beer; banana  and bread dough. Not much hop aroma.

Taste:  Bread dough, banana lemon mild low hops.

Mouthfeel:  A little chalky. Full bodied.

Overall:  Very solid, very drinkable. I don’t usually drink Witbier, but this was a little drier and in a can, if I could get a good deal on 6-12, I’d put it in my session rotation.
