Ballast Point Brewing – Dorado Double IPA – Growler from source poured into a goblet. 9.6% abv.
Appearance: Pours a semi clear amber gold with a nice beige head.
Aroma: Grapefruit, perfume, flowers. Probably more citrus notes than anything.
Taste: Big pine bitterness, spicy malt and grapefruit.
Mouthfeel: Full bodied, modestly carbonated and sticky.
Overall: Very solid, and distinct from the other IPA and IIPA’s Ballast Point makes.

big double IPA right here!!! mmm….think I will stop by the brewery and grab a few before I go camping!!!
