Appearance: Pours a midnight maroon with a luxurious dense tan head.
Aroma: Large bubble gum, banana, flowers, old lady perfume and nail polish.
Taste: Spicy hops and yeast, dark fruit (plum and raisin), banana, caramelized wheat and a sturdy amount of breadiness.
Mouthfeel: Full bodied and fizzy.
Overall: A big, warming, complex treat. It’s one of those beers you have to smell and inspect a good hour before taking the first sip.
