VIDEO: Stone Brewing Brewmaster Mitch Steele Resigns

(ESCONDIDO,CA) – In some rather interesting news, Stone Brewing has shared a video (see below), with a press release sure to follow, announcing Brewmaster Mitch Steele has resigned from his post at Stone.

We have had a very close relationship with Mitch over the years, as he has been one of the warmest, most approachable dudes in craft beer.  With Stone just putting two new brewhouses online, this is very similar to last years departure of Chuck Silva from Green Flash on the heels of their East Coast expansion.  Check out the video for more info, and stay tuned for the forthcoming press release from Stone. We wish our friend Mitch the best of luck, and will be raising a toast to him at The Full Pint 9th Anniversary, where he has designed us a custom IPA using experimental hops for the joyus occasion.
