Upright Fantasia Will Return

Here’s a quick update from Upright Brewing’s Facebook Page.  For those not familiar, Upright released a super tasty peach sour ale named Fantasia.

We brewed a new batch of ‘Fantasia’ on Friday for release in early 2014.

The barrels stuffed with fresh peaches hand sliced from Baird Orchards blew the bungs off the barrels at different times Saturday and Sunday (the Ardennes yeast is pretty heady) and made monster messes that took hours to clean. Good thing the beer is so tasty to make all the hard work worth it!
