Upcoming Marriages From Peak Organic Brewing
With warm weather rolling in, we are in wedding mode here at Peak Organic Brewing. There are a couple of upcoming marriages that we are proud to announce. First is Peak Summer Session, the union of a traditional summer wheat beer and a west-coast Pale Ale. It’s a summer beer for hop lovers.
Brewed with local organic wheat and fermented at colder temperatures, Peak Summer Session has a fascinating mouthfeel and a crisp, dry finish. It’s single hopped and dry hopped with Amarillo hops from our friend Darren, so this beer is loaded with citrusy, grapefruity flavors on the nose and front palate. You can read more about it on our Facebook and Twitter pages.
Also, born from our Limited Release series is “Weiss Principal”. It’s the international love child of a Hefe-Weiss and an American Double IPA. This 8.7% unfiltered wheat beer employs a traditional German Weiss yeast, providing engaging banana and clove notes. A stern dry–hopping of pungent American hops provide pronounced citrus, pine and fruit notes. It’s so tasty, it may be punishable.
