Two New Small Batch Beers From Catawba Brewing

(Asheville, NC) – Catawba Brewing is releasing Two NEW small batch beers this Saturday. 4:00 pm at 63 Brook St. tasting room in Biltmore Village 12 noon at 32 Banks Avenue on Downtown Asheville’s South Slope.

PEACH SAISON
For a drinkable twist on a Belgian Farmhouse Ale perfect for summertime, taste our new Peach Saison. It is a spin off of our new Le Session Farmhouse ale. We took Le Session at 4.5% ABV and added a small amount of pureed peaches to lend a refreshing peach compliment to the fruity and peppery notes of the French yeast strain.

LE SESSION
Le Session is brewed in the traditional Farmhouse fashion using pale malt, crystal malt and a touch of wheat. Sticking close to tradition it has low hop bitterness and flavor and utilizes a French yeast strain from our Saison house blend of four yeast strains for a fruity and slightly peppery profile. Clocking in at 4.5% ABV, Le Session is the perfect accompaniment to summer days.
