The Bruery @ Philly Beer Week

“Philly Beer Week kicked off with an opening ceremony involving the local brewers, and then the Philly Craft Beer Festival on Saturday which mostly involved out of town brewers.  There’s an abundance of events, almost too many!  Every beer destination seems to have at least one event per day.

Philly is an amazing town for beer.  More so than most other places, there seems to be a high level of knowledge and familiarity when it comes to beer, especially Belgian beer.  As a result, there is a great variety and diversity of what’s available in Philly and many great venues to enjoy beer.

The distributors take a very active role in organizing events and getting brewers into town.  Bella Vista and the places that hosted us (Devil’s Den, The Institute, Capone’s) did an awesome job letting their customers know about our events and packed the house.”
