Smog City Brewing Brix Layer Public Release Details

(Torrance,CA) – Here at Smog City Brewing we’re no strangers to using alternate sugar sources to expand a beer’s character and depth, and sour beer is no exception. We are pleased to release Brix Layer, a wine barrel-aged sour blonde with fresh pressed Reisling grape must. A collaborative effort with our friends from J. Brix winery, this complex beer pushes boundaries with its tropical aromas and flavors while keeping things in balance with acidity and oak.

The remainder of Brix Layer bottles are now on sale in the Smog City Brewing taproom and the draft is still flowing. Come grab a glass and a few bottles to share and cellar!

If you pre-purchased any bottles via Brown Paper Tickets please make sure you pick up your bottles by Sunday, April 17th.

-In order to pick up your bottles, you will need to show your valid photo ID; it must be your ID and the name must be on the ticket. Duplicated orders will not be accepted. Smog City Brewing reserves the right to cancel and refund any order we deem in violation of this policy.

*** Bottles not picked up by Sunday, April 17th will be considered forfeited. ***

Please do not purchase bottles if you are not sure you will make it before the pickup deadline, or are not willing to take the risk of forfeiting your purchased bottles. Will will not be accepting any late pickups.
