AleSmith Double Red IPA (fka Winter YuleSmith) – AleSmith’s Double Red IPA, previously known as Winter YuleSmith, offers up an intense hop aroma combined with a well-balanced, full bodied, caramel-malt sweetness. A variety of American hops burst with flavors of pine and citrus complementing the substantial malt backbone to deliver a full-flavored ale with layers of complexity. ABV: 8.5%

Council Brewing Beatitude Blueberry Tart Saison – Béatitude is the French word for bliss which is what we float away on whenever we enjoy this specially brewed beer. Although this Tart Saison is brewed in the historical Wallonian tradition of other low gravity, tart farmhouse ales, the magic happens when our house blend of Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus and Saison yeast throw an out-of-this world party in our fermenters. Aged on blueberries and bottled with precision and care – this yields a beer with a lax forward nose, an intensely tart blueberry flavor, a doughy complexity from our no-boil process, and takes the word “refreshing” to a whole new level. ABV: 3.8%

Modern Times Lots Horizon – Lost Horizon is a double IPA featuring Centennial, Chinook, Simcoe, and Calypso hops. It’s definitely on the piney/citrusy/resinous end of the spectrum, quite different from our other hoppy offerings. ABV: 8.5%

Pizza Port Swami’s IPA – Would you expect anything less than a big, bold, hoptastic IPA to come out of Hop Heaven: San Diego, CA? Good, because that’s exactly what this is. Served up in 16oz cans, Pizza Port’s Swamis is a Cascade bomb. Known as the “original San Diego IPA,” Swamis has been a part of Pizza Port’s history since 1992. ABV 7.4%
