Quick Update from Vinnie at Russian River
Like last year, we touched base with Vinnie at Russian River, to see how Pliny The Younger Day went from their perspective, as well as other questions we always have on our mind. Cheers!
TFP: How did Pliny The Younger Day go compared to last year?
VC: It went well. More people were able to try it, and we liked the way the beer turned out this year.
TFP: Any words to any CA accounts who had hoped to have gotten a hold of PtY and didn’t?
VC: Outside of our local area, it’s in the hands of our distributors to allocate to accounts. We only make so much to go around.
TFP: What’s on deck for the next bottled Belgian or Sour release?
VC: Salvation will be sold next month, and we will be continuing with our regular lineup of Sours as they become ready to consume. (Consecration, Temptation, Supplication)
TFP: Any new bottled offerings to be added to your existing lineup?
VC: No. We expanded two years ago, and that allowed us to start bottling Blind Pig and Pliny The Elder. We are at a point where we have to start reaping the fruits of our labor so we can pay back our 25 investors.
