Peak Organic Brewing – Delicious New Pomegranate Wheat Ale With Acai
Summer is here, and we invite you to treat yourself to a tasty Pomegranate Wheat Ale with Acai, the perfect end to a hot summer day.
This beer is a celebration of hand selected, local ingredients. We have always appreciated artisanal, locally sourced products, so we partnered with Matt Williams, a local organic wheat farmer, to make this yummy concoction. Our Wheat Ale is brewed with organic coriander and a touch of organic Pomegranate and Acai juice from Sambazon. We’re excited to work with our friends at Sambazon, who source incredible Acai and use their business model as a vehicle to promote sustainable rainforest management through their initiative, The Sustainable Amazon Partnership.
The Pomegranate Wheat Ale has a soft, round mouthfeel from the local, unmalted wheat. The spice from the coriander and the subtle sweetness from the Pomegranate and Acai are a perfect complement, making this beer refreshing, yet complex.
Be sure to look for this beer in Whole Foods Markets (on sale in New England stores during the month of June), Publix Supermarkets in Georgia (welcome aboard, GA!) and Florida, as well as other fine beer and wine stores in your neighborhood.
