(New Glarus,WI) – The New Glarus Brewing Company proudly announces the return of its smooth, full bodied Uff-da Bock!

Diploma Master brewer Daniel Carey has lagered Uff-da Bock in the Reinheitsgebot tradition for 8 weeks. This traditional Bock is complex and smooth with deep chocolate and coffee undertones that complement the rich bouquet.

New Glarus Brewing Company Founder/President Deb Carey says “No matter if you choose to enjoy our Uff-da Bock before, during or after dinner, remember to serve it at about 48 ̊F. Because like many good things in life… the warmer the bock is, the sweeter it gets!”
