Moylan’s Brewery & Restaurant Announces New Limited Releases
Novato, CA—With help from supplier Crosby & Baker, Ltd. and the German Hop Growers Association, the kettle has been brewing over at Moylan’s Brewery & Restaurant in preparation to present two superb ales to the brewing community and beer lovers everywhere. The first new release, Bjor Nagal Lager is a reflection of the many dedicated hearts and minds needed to brew a quality beer. It is made with Pilsner, Munich and Carmalized malts, bittering and aromatic hops. Alcohol by Volume 5.0%, Total IBUs 28, 1.059 Original Gravity. This lager will be available on draft and select locations of distribution.
Moylan’s Extra Special Bitter Ale is made exclusively with Maris Otter Pale malt, Munich and Crystal malt and Torrified Wheat malt all grown, germinated, and roasted in Stowmarket, England byt Muntons Malt. This beer was fermented with a pure culture US-05 from Fermentis, a division of Lesaffre Incorporated in France. Alcohol by Volume 5.0%, Total IBUs 28, 1.050 Original Gravity. This ESB will be available on draft and select locations of distribution.
