Moon River Brewing Under Construction

Moon River Brewing continues to renovate its brewhouse. In February, we replaced the southern half of the floor. Now we are replacing the northern half by removing everything down to the joists, pouring a rebar-reinforced concrete floor and sealing it with a protective floor coating. Once this is complete, we will reinstall the brewing tanks that are currently being stored in a warehouse off Bay Street.

Due to this project, we have stopped beer production. Our supply of the Wild Wacky Wit is gone, and others are sure to run out, but don’t panic. Once production starts again in the next week or so, we will only need a couple more weeks to have freshly brewed beer ready to serve. Until then, we will be offering a variety of guest microbrews.
