Monkish Brewing Same Tree & Kiss the Sky Release
(Torrance, CA) – Monkish Brewing says it’s time for another bottle release… Same Tree (tart saison aged in a French oak foudre) & Kiss the Sky (tart saison fermented and aged in a French oak foudre)!
SAME TREE || Same Tree is a tart saison aged in a French oak foudre with our house mixed culture of wild yeast and souring bacteria and then with yellow peaches and nectarines from the wonderful Masumoto Family Farms. Biting-into-nectarines-and-peaches fruit forwardness, tart, bright and earthy funkiness. 6.6% ABV (750ml corked & caged champagne-style bottles). Only 900 bottles. Limit 2 bottles per person.
KISS THE SKY || Kiss the Sky is a tart saison fermented and aged in a French oak foudre with our house mixed culture of wild yeast and souring bacteria and further aged with a blend of Montmorency and Balaton cherries. This pinkish-hued beer is tart, dry, and earthy with cherry goodness. 6.6% ABV (750ml corked & caged champagne-style bottles). Only 600 bottles. Limit 2 bottles per person.
PURCHASING DETAILS:
Same Tree = $19 + Eventbrite fee per 750ml bottle (sales tax & CRV included), 2 bottle limit per person.
Kiss the Sky = $18 + Eventbrite fee per 750ml bottle (sales tax & CRV included), 2 bottle limit per person.
Online presale begins Thursday, 8/25 at 12:00pm and ends Saturday, 8/27 at 9:00am (3 hours before release), or when bottles are sold out. Any bottles not sold online will be available for purchase on the day of the event at our Tasting Room.
PICKUP DETAILS:
Purchased bottles will be available at Monkish’s Tasting Room starting this Saturday, August 27 at 12pm. Purchased bottles must be picked up within 4 weeks (by Sunday, September 25 at 8pm). In order to pick up your bottles, you will need to show your valid photo ID and Eventbrite ticket; it must be your ID and the name must match that listed on the ticket. Duplicate orders will not be accepted. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we deem in violation of this policy.?
*** Bottles not picked up by Sunday, September 25 at 8pm will be considered forfeited.
