On the heels of the successful launch of Sobrehumano Palena ‘Ole, Maui Brewing gets ready to launch their next collaboration this year, teaming up with Dogfish Head on Liquid Breadfruit.  Here are the initial details on that beer. Cheers!

Maui Brewing / Dogfish Head Liquid Breadfruit

A Maui Brewing Co. Dogfish Head Craft Brewery Collaboration. An Imperial Golden Ale brewed with local breadfruit and toasted papaya seeds. Using “DNA”, a special yeast strain captured outside the Dogfish Head Craft Brewery in Milton, DE.

– 7.5% abv up to 8% abv.

– Calypso Hops.

– Breadfruit and Toasted Papaya Seeds

– Primary fermentation with DNA yeast from Dogfish Head.

– Finished with Maui Brewing Co. house yeast.

– To be available in all Maui Brewing Co. markets.
