Listermann Brewing & Local Priest Collaborate for Father Kyle’s Cinnamon Roll Stout
(Cincinnati, OH) – Listermann Brewing Company is collaborating with Fr. Kyle Schnippel for his national TV debut on ABC’s ‘Great American Baking Show’. The beer they decided to make is Father Kyle’s Cinnamon Roll Stout. Father Kyle is the Pastor of St. John Neumann and Corpus Christi.
The beer is inspired from one of the recipes that Fr. Kyle made on the show, cinnamon rolls. ‘We added homemade cinnamon rolls to the mash!” Says Schnippel. He continues, “The whole crew at Listermann’s was so much fun to work with and the experience there will certainly help my homebrewing, as well.”
‘’Fr. Kyle has been coming to Listermann for home brew supplies for as long as I can remember,” says General Manager Jason Brewer. He continues, “It was right before he married my wife and I in August that he told us about being on the show. I told him when he comes back he’ll have to make us something we can throw in a beer!”
“I was very excited to be able to join the crew at Listermann Brewing for this beer,” says Fr. Kyle Schnippel.” “The journey that led me to the Great American Baking Show started with taking a homebrewing class at Listermann, nearly seven years ago; so it was a great opportunity to combine two fantastic hobbies: brewing and baking!”
Father Kyle’s Cinnamon Roll Stout will be available at Listermann Brewing December 6th at 12 pm. Fr. Kyle makes his national TV debut Thursday December 7th 8 PM on ABC.
