People who love our “BIG” beers won’t be disappointed this late winter! Here is what’s coming up!
“Corkubita’s Gourdgeous Troika Ale” – A dark red Belgian Tripel, and “triple” meaning the 3 “Cucurbita’s” (the genus name for squash) of the varieties of Blue Hubbard, Buttercup & Butternut fill out the body of this beer! 250 pounds to be exact in the boil of this monster which we luxuriously aged for 5 weeks and then delectably spiced with summer savory and Herbs de Provence. This complex beer weighs in @ 9.2% ABV.
“Kanaloa Joe” American Stout – Mid gravity/Coffee Stout brewed and conditioned with lots of “Kona Joe’s” 100% Kona coffee (dark roast) form my recent trip to the big Island of Hawaii. This smooth breakfest of a beer is “big” in body and flavor at 6.1% ABV, but light enough for those early risers!
Skye High Scotch Strong Ale – Our version of a Wee Heavy in the Scottish-style of ale. A local favorite… Dark and complex, aged for 2 months! ABV 8.8%, IBU S 32. Our version contains a balanced blend of smoked malt and peat malt and perfect for after those long days of skiing in this late winter!
Bombed Blondeshelle Belgian Strong Ale – Our version of a Belgian Strong Golden Ale brewed for 3 hours and enhanced with Belgian candy sugar. It’s hopped with Styrian and Saaz, smooth,sexy and lethal like an A-Bomb… — 10.3% IBU S – 28.
