King Harbor & Telegraph Brewing Team Up to Create SouthCentral
The first collaboration for both King Harbor Brewing and Telegraph Brewing is a hoppy Belgian style ale which uses hops found in King Harbor’s Quest single hop pale ale series and is fermented with Telegraph’s house Belgian yeast strain to create a blend of Southern and Central California styles, hence the name SouthCentral. Mosaic, Huell Melon and Hallertau Blanc hops are used to create melon and tropical fruit notes along with a clean hop bitterness. The ABV comes in at an approachable 5.6%.
This will only be available on draft at both breweries and a few select locations throughout Southern California. Follow King Harbor on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for updates on where it will be pouring.
