Hoppin’ Frog to Release Barrel Aged BORIS Royale This Weekend

Hoppin’ Frog is releasing Barrel-Aged BORIS Royale next week, on Thursday and Friday May 26 and 27.  Available only from the brewery, doors open at 1 PM, and we’ll stay open until 5 PM.  This special version of BA BORIS was aged in very special Canadian Whiskey barrels, instead of Kentucky Bourbon barrels.  What you get is a crisper, cleaner character imparted, from the barrel aging, which is a refreshing twist on this specialty – our highest rated beer.  Hoppin’ Frog’s standard Barrel-Aged BORIS is rated a perfect 100 on RateBeer.com, and is in their list of the 100 Best Beers On The Planet For 2011.  Price is $14.99/22-ounce bottle, which is $1 more than our standard BA BORIS.  We have a very limited amount, so there is a limit of 2 cases per customer.  Stop by during our sale for this, and many others including our Turbo Shandy Citrus Ale, and DORIS Double Imperial Stout, which both won the GOLD Medal !!!! last weekend at Cleveland’s International Beer Festival.  Call for more details 330.352.4578.
