The Bruery Mash – An English Barleywine aged in Bourbon barrels, Mash is an intense yet balanced beer with notes of burnt caramel, toasted bread, ripe pear, dried figs, vanilla, toasted coconut and finishes with oak tannin. This has become an instant favorite around the brewery due to its balance, subtle complexities and overwhelming deliciousness. ABV 12.5%

Cascade Cranberry – This NW style sour ale is a seasonal is produced once a year. It’s barrel aged seven months with 200 lbs. of cranberries, hibiscus, sweet orange peel and Thai cinnamon. Light sweet floral notes of citrus and pink candy are noticed up front. Tart, dry hints of sweet cranberries & wild strawberries on the palate give way to a pronounced dryness in the finish, with notes of cranberries & hints of vanilla and cinnamon. ABV 7%

Southern Charred- A special batch of Double Bastard Ale was brewed early and aged in bourbon barrels to ensure that Southern Charred’s 2014 debut would coincide with the release of 2014 Double Bastard Ale. Distinctly and deliciously different than last year’s edition, this is a caramel-and-oak bomb with bourbon aromas amplifying its maltiness. Suffused with layers of caramel, hops, and oak flavors accented with hints of brown sugar, it is incredibly smooth for such a high-gravity beer. It culminates with interwoven notes of caramel, molasses, and raw-oak bitterness for an intense, lingering finish. ABV: 13.2%
