The Fort Collins Brewery Releases Oktoberfest
(Fort Collins, CO) – On Friday, The Fort Collins Brewery is excited to release its brand new fall seasonal, Oktoberfest.
FCB’s Oktoberfest was brewed as a tribute to one of the most cherished recipes using old world German techniques and ingredients. A single decoction mash unleashes the complexity and depth of the Vienna, Munich and Caramel malts that create this beer’s distinct aroma and flavor. German noble hops balance this rich and malty lager with a delicate herbal and spicy bouquet of aromas. Prost!
ABV: 5.4% IBU: 24 SRM: 7
“Our Oktoberfest is a true to style brew using 100 percent German malts and hops,” said FCB’s Lead Brewer, Adam Glaser. “We have a history of making classic German lagers, and with the commissioning of our new brew haus this past year, creating an Oktoberfest was quite enticing.”
Oktoberfest will be available to FCB’s 22-state distribution through the fall season in 6-packs and on draft, along with the Brewer’s Lunch Box, a variety 12-pack.
