Flying Fish NJ 350 Anniversary Ale Debuts This April
(Cherry Hill,NJ) – Flying Fish Brewing of Cherry Hill, NJ introduces a new bottled beer, NJ 350 Anniversary Ale. Read on for the description and a peek at the label. Cheers!
We just put the first batches of NJ 350 Anniversary Ale in the fermenters as part of the state’s year-long celebration of New Jersey’s founding. The beer, an English Stock Ale, features a generous helping of blackstrap molasses. Hops include Cluster, the first variety cultivated in the US, as well as the more modern Simcoe and Centennial. The Cluster will add a nice piney character, a nod to the Pine Barrens, a New Jersey treasure.
The 7.5% ABV beer will be available in 750ml bottles as well as draft starting in April.
