That same night, Lew Bryson is in the house at 7pm for a signing of his newest collection of brewery extravaganzas Pennsylvania Breweries!
About Dock Street/ FWB Beer Bread: Based on the classic Pain a le Biere-Alsatian Beer Bread, Dock Street Brewery and Four Worlds Bakery collaborate to create a one-pound, triangular shaped potato rye bread. The bread is made with a blend of white wheat (66%), whole rye meal (33%), and potatoes. The bread is topped with a fermented batter of Dock Street Royal Bohemian Pilsner, salt, yeast and rye meal to create a soft and creamy inside and a robust grainy & hoppy crust. Dock Street/ FWB Beer Bread is available for tasting during Lew Bryson’s Book Signing starting at 7pm. The bread is also the spotlight of a special appetizer for the evening.
