(Portland,OR) – Noyaux 2013 Project draft and bottle release this Thursday, July 3rd at 4:30PM PDT. Price is $25 per bottle with no bottle limit. This will be available at the Barrel House, Raccoon Lodge & Brew Pub and online. Noyaux is a NW style sour ale that is a blend of blond ales that were aged in oak for up to 14 months before further aging on fresh raspberries and apricot noyaux for an additional seven months. Aromas of sweet raspberry fruit, rose petals, almond and hints of vanillin are noticed up front. Tart raspberries, oak and a soft almond note dance on the palate, leading to a finish of rich, tart raspberries with lingering hints of almond and maraschino cherries. 9.94% ABV
