Cascade Brewing Manhattan NW 2013 Release Tomorrow

(Portland,OR) – We will be releasing Manhattan NW 2013 Project on draft and in 750ml bottles tomorrow, Oct. 22 at Noon (new time) at the Barrel House and Raccoon Lodge.

This NW style soured spiced quad ale was Bourbon barrel aged over 12 months on cherries and noyaux. Aromas of cherries, Bourbon, sweet candy and hints of spice start this beer off. Tart cherry skins and Maraschino cherries on the palate lead to a dance of rich cherry and almond like notes that are followed by a slight Bourbon sweetness. 11.6% ABV. $8.5 – 8oz glass, $3.5 taster, $35 bottle (no bottle limit).
