With so many breweries releasing so many brightly labeled beers, it’s hard to keep track of it all. Because we love centralized info, we decided to bring you the latest releases in this post. This Saturday 07/20, starting at 11:30am at the brewery, we are bringing you a collaboration with our friends from Oregon, @greatnotion , Juice = Juice (8.5% ABV DIPA). $20 per 4-pk, limit 1 case per person Limit subject to change. Juice = Juice was born when we had Great Notion in the lab to review, axioms, hypothesis, postulates, and proofs to derive and fuse our juice tactics together to make a beer bursting with extreme flavor. We used a malt bill of heavy wheat along with a combination of flaked oats and oat malt for the foundation. We whirlpooled heavy with Citra and Idaho 7 and finished it with our absolutely biggest galaxy dryhop to date AND ran galaxy through EQs energy process for the first time. Juice = Juice pours a bright straw yellow and gives off big big aromas of tropical juice flavors. The flavor follows, with a jumbo medley of island fruits and a touch of dankness. You’ll notice a mild bitterness upfront, pillow like mouth feel midway and a smooth juicy finish at the end making it extremely balanced and drinkable. You probably don’t want to miss this one.

Quiet Life and Burst return to the tasting room (draft and cans) this week. We placed this batch of our Czech Pils on the brew schedule in anticipation of @oxbowbrewingcompany’s Pils and Love event in Portland this Saturday. If 70+ outstanding Pilsners in a beautiful setting is your kind of thing, head north – you won’t be disappointed! Starting Thurs/July 18, it’s Christmas in July here at Tröegs, and we’re celebrating in a big way. Our gift to you? Naked Elf! Gone are the cherries, honey and chocolate malt that dress up our holiday favorite Mad Elf, leaving him stark-raving nude to reveal notes of cinnamon, allspice, clove and tangy fruity esters. We’ll have draft and a very limited run of 16-oz. cans. Two 4-packs per person, please. We’re also digging into our vintage stash for 6-packs, 12-packs, cases and draft of Mad Elf, plus 750ml bottles of Mad Elf Grand Cru. Grand Cru adds tangy Balaton cherries and bottle-conditioning to the mix. It’s a bottle that begs to be shared. All this, only at the brewery. #troegs #pabeer #christmasinjuly

Tree of 100 Years. A New Zealand Double IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends @crosbyhops and @freestylehops.⠀ ⠀ When we choose to collaborate with someone, it’s because we know the level of care that goes into making their product is genuine and intentional. After visiting New Zealand for hop selection this past spring, we learned how true these things are for both teams at Crosby and Freestyle. It was an enlightening trip that bred friendship, mutual respect, and planted the seed for this beer. We wanted to brew something together that paid equal tribute to their exceptional craft and our own Vermont brewing techniques. The result was brewed with Waimea and Wakatu in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin. All hops native to New Zealand and grown on their farms, Tree of 100 Years is a beer that shines the spotlight on these incredible varieties. We’re all beyond excited for the release of Tree of 100 Years, a beer that pays tribute to a single Totara tree living amongst the hops vines. It’s a symbol of longevity and wisdom.
