Can release this Saturday at 11:00am: In collaboration with our buds @450northbrewing “OUTBREAK OF EVIL DDH TIPA” 10% Abv Blasted with Grungiest and Galaxy!!! $24 per 4-pack which includes tax and crv. Limit (3-4) 4-Packs per person dependent on turnout. ~100 cases (~600 4-packs) available! See below for rest of the release details ⤵️ ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️ a beer so big and so experimental we had to bring the homies from Indiana to tackle it with us!! For this beer we added gobs of sticky oats, we blasted whirlpool and dry hop with the freshest Grungeist and Galaxy and cold whirlpooled in some of that polarizing milk sugar ????????????. We added in some high fives and brew day beers and called it a successful collab!!! Fermentation time remains at 11 days and cold crash time/maturation remains at 21 days. We tried a slightly softer carb level with this beer to deliver a more creamy mouthfeel so pour a bit heavier for proper head! Lastly, as always, we like and recommend about a week of maturation in the can ???? RELEASE DETAILS: Tasting room opens same time as can release. Limits subject to change depending on yield and/or line length. There will be one line exclusively for can pickups and one line exclusively for draft pours. Kinds Of Light (5%) Sour Farmhouse Ale aged for 8 months in oak & refermented on Albariño grape skins from @fjordvineyards in Marlboro, NY. $20 750ml bottle / 2 bottles per person starting allotment. ???????? We will begin to hand out wristbands at 8am. If you plan to arrive before this, it will be your responsibility to keep your place in line.
